Delicious Vegetable Pasta


Cooking early today: I hope you enjoy my Corkscrew Vegetarian pasta. Here's my recipe.
1 bag of corkscrew gluten free pasta 
1/2 c. TVP
(put the tvp in a bowl with hot water...set aside, let it soften)
1 c. broccoli (chopped)
1 c. cauliflower (chopped finely )
1/2 c. fresh kale (chopped finely )
1 celery stick (chopped finely)
1 can lima beans (rinse well)
1 T. of 100% raw honey
salt & black pepper for taste as you wish
1 tsp. onion powder
1 /2 tsp garlic powder
4 mashed garlic cloves
6 cilantro sprigs (chopped finely)
1 med. yellow onion(chopped finely)
1 red & 1 orange pepper (sliced in small strips )

Put your pasta to boil, chop and rinse well all your veggies. In a large cooking pot stir fry your last 6 ingredients with 3 T. 100% pure olive oil. Once the spices are tender add the dry powder spices... then add the TVP, veggies & pasta, add honey, salt & black pepper for taste as much as you desire... mix well, place a lid over it and cook on low for about 5 to 10 minutes.
