Apple-Banana Oatmeal Cookies

The joys of baking is being able to eat a few of your cookies as soon as they come out of the oven with a tall glass of non dairy cold milk. That's just what I did with these apple-banana cookies. They were divine.

Here is my recipe...enjoy.

3 Gala apples (skinned and cut in small pieces)
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
3 c. wheat flour
2 c. quick oats
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
 1/8 tsp. powdered cloves
1/2 c. non dairy butter (melted)
some water

Put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well, than add the fruit and butter. Mix well. If your mixture is a bit dry just add a bit of water until it becomes like a nice smooth cookie mixture.
Warm up your oven at 375 and then on your cookie pan spray some baking spray and scoot out the cookie mix with a spoon or a cookie dispenser. Place them not too far apart and bake for 15 minutes.
