Sweet Baked Vegetables

I truly love Eggplant and Asparagus but I only know 3 ways on how to cook them.  My favorite way is by baking them with some adobo, Kikoman's sweet & sour sauce and honey. One thing though you have to eat them immediately once they come out of the oven or they will get soggy within 20 minutes.

You will need some:

Kikoman's Sweet & Sour Sauce

Wash your asparagus and trim the thick ends down a bit, then slice your eggplant not to thin and not to thick and place both vegetables on a baking dish already sprayed with a non stick spray...sprinkle lightly some adobo over them and then drizzle the honey and the sweet & sour sauce over them (do not soak them in the sauce...just drizzle them). Bake them at 375 "uncovered" and check for them every 10 minutes so they won't burn for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and a bit crunchy...that's all.
