Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls

Even though my grand-daughters are not vegan, I always try to make vegan cookies when they are around. They like when Nana bakes cookies and to them whether its vegan or not, chocolate always puts a smile in their faces.

These chocolate chip balls are so soft and supper moist. They are delicious with some non-dairy milk right before bed or after dinner. Enjoy.

My recipe:

2-1/4 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
2 tsp. grinned flax seed
1 tsp. sea salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 bag of non-dairy mini chocolate chips
1/2 c. non dairy butter (melted)
1/4 c. & 2 T. of water

Mix all the dry ingredients first then add all the wet ingredients. Then shape into balls and place them on a well greased cookie sheet...Bake at 370 for 12 minutes.
