Millie's Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies




1 c. non dairy butter...softened
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
½ c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond oil
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2 c. non- dairy chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix butter & sugars until creamy.
Add vanilla & almond oil and mix well.

In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda & cinnamon, mix well, then add to butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Roll into balls (like the photo) and place on cookie dish about 1 inch apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Remove from baking pan and cool on countertop. They are moist and very good.

Makes 4 dozen

  1. yum yum.did not get to make that red rice this weekend as i forgot to get one ingredient.I am counting on next weekend hopefully as I want to change up things a bit.I love a chocolate chip cookie thats one thing I didnt have when i was growing up cookies. We had biscuits instead
